Breakfast for connoisseurs

To start your day on the right footing, nothing beats a well-balanced breakfast to help satisfy your energy requirements and sustain overall health. That's what you’ll find at our hearty, salubrious breakfast buffet. Open from 7.30 – 9.30, our caringly prepared breakfast buffet with local farm-fresh products and homemade delicacies awaits you day after day. For our B&B guests, breakfast is already included in the price, while our holiday flats guests can opt for our breakfast as an extra service.

Holiday apartment with breakfast

If you’ve booked a flat and also wish to have breakfast served, there is a surcharge. Whether you prefer to enjoy the buffet in the breakfast room, or have breakfast delivered to your apartment in a basket, it makes no difference. Whichever your choice, all our fresh quality products and sumptuous South Tyrolean specialities are available to you.

If, on the other hand, you’d like to take care of your own breakfast, you can still order fresh bread rolls of your choice from us, and they’ll be delivered to your doorstep early in the morning. Our bread roll service is part of our service, to support your all-round feel-good holiday!

Homemade & healthy

At breakfast, much of what you’ll enjoy is fresh and hand-produced from our own farm: fruit juices and syrups, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh herbs, a selection of homemade fruit spreads, apple puree, apple compote, dried fruit, as well as traditional home-baked delicacies such as apple strudel, rye bread, cereal flakes and nuts. Besides all that, you’ll have a variety of quality South Tyrolean products to choose from: fresh cheese, speck-bacon, fresh milk and yogurts, roasted coffee, teas, butter, muesli, honey and freshly baked bread. All in all, a complete breakfast service, enabling you to get the most out of your holiday in Brixen.

Farm products

At the Graf-Messnerhof farm, we grow a wide variety of crops including herbs, fruit, wine grapes and vegetables, many of which are hand-processed into various kinds of products.

Among other things, we make our own fruit-juices, fruit syrups and spreads, compote, dried fruit, herbal teas and seasonings, all of which you can enjoy at breakfast time – or even purchase to take home with you at our corner shop. Be sure not to miss out on the Graf-Messnerhof gastronomical experience!

A basket with local specialities after a day full of activities….on request, we are glad to prepare a basket with apple, nuts, the typical bread „South Tyrolean Schüttelbrot“, apple juice from our own farm and vine from the Novacella Monastery Winery for you.
