In winter you can experience nature with all senses. Take a hiking tour through the snow-covered countryside and stop for a bite to eat in a traditional mountain cottage. And after a nice day you can try to get downhill on the sleigh on a natural toboggan run.

Alternatively, snow is assured on our ski slopes and makes for adventurous winter holidays. Graf-Messnerhof is within easy reach of the ski areas of Plose and Gitschberg/Jochtal (ca. 15 km distance). Moreover within a radius of 30 km you can reach other important ski resorts of South Tyrol: Kronplatz, Racines-Giovo, Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi and Rosskopf. Furthermore you can enjoy adventures like alpine backcountry skiing, snowshoe hiking or cross country skiing.

Moreover, during Christmas time there is a Christmas market with traditional handicraft and dishes to enjoy. The traditional Christmas market is located in the impressive Cathedral Square in Brixen/Bressanone.
